Another positive and caring experience from Village Pet Doctor in Tolono, IL. I take my cat for his annual appointment and maybe 6-8 times a year for a nail trim. Always have had a great experience with everyone who has cared for Carter. I recommend their services.
We absolutely love the Village Pet Doctor. Our dog has been going there since the week we got her three years ago. The staff is attentive and caring. They got us in immediately one afternoon when we thought something was wrong with our pup. They genuinely care for the animals they treat.
I had my first visit with my pup this week, and I can’t say how awesome this place and all the people were here! I had called the prior week, and got in the following week. I had concerns about him not eating and they were super sweet and patient with me on the phone! Dr. Koehler was amazing! She sat on the floor with my puppy to get him acquainted with her and she was very sweet! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
We couldn’t have been more satisfied with Tolono Village Pet Dr. Our cat was having scary coughing fits and sounded like he was struggling to breathe. Dr. Koehler was very gentle and took her time checking him out, and laid out a few different options for treatment for us to start with. Prices were very reasonable and we were more than happy to support our small town business. The entire staff were friendly and inviting. This will be our forever vet!
Been taking my pets to this veterinarian office for well over 10 years and have never had a complaint. Had multiple surgeries for several different pets and every one has gone smooth, recovered great and had expert care throughout the whole process. As long as I have pets, this office is open and the care is still taken I will have no need to look for something better. Keep up the great work Village Pet Doctor!
We recently started using Village Pet Doctor to take care of our 9 year-old dog and have been absolutely thrilled. Dr. Cappa is very thoughtful in his treatment plans and won’t try to sell you on work that you don’t need. What is even better is that he and his staff actively look for opportunities to save you money via buying in bulk, cutting larger size pills, and even processing rebate forms for you! The staff is very friendly and the office is quite tech-savvy compared to any vet we’ve ever used. Go there and you won’t regret it!
We have always had positive experiences with Village Pet Doctor caring for our Zoey the last nine years. It is easy to make appointments, medications are always available and staff is awesome about listening to concerns or questions we may have! Can’t ask for anything more from this great local business!!!
Doc Tony is always friendly and knows what he’s doing. Always fair prices and has a great staff of nurses and caretakers. Even when I lost one of my babies, he was compassionate and gave me as long as I needed to grieve. He’s a wonderful vet!
